This is the second video in the Video Series of excerpt readings from my book “37 Lessons on How to Gain from Loss: A Believer’s Journey from Trial to Triumph” which as the title indicates is a personal transformation journey of a daughter/caretaker who lost her mother to cancer and how she took her trial as the turning point of her life to transform it into triumph.

Today, we will talk about how my distressful state of attaining super-human perfection of my world almost got me killed but from that arose the realization of my enemy & silent killer—STRESS.

Your job is take care of yourself and primarily ► the health of your connection with God ► because the more you are aligned, the more you are ► free from stress ► leading to a  more profound state of well-being.
